Kirstina Quast MSW LICSW

  Kirstina is a mental health professional (LICSW), mediator, coach, and consultant. She is passionate and experienced in working with children and families in complex and high conflict situations. She has over 18 years of experience working with children, youth, and families experiencing a wide range of challenges including mental health, substance use, trauma, and complex family situations. She has an unending commitment to life-long learning through formal education, hands-on real-world experiences, supervising social work trainees, and teaching college social work students. Kirstina has dedicated her profession to improving outcomes for children and families through her commitment to direct practice, leadership, program development, and on-going learning. She is down to earth in modeling the work she conducts with others and takes a creative “outside the box” approach to find interventions when people feel nothing else has been effective. Kirstina is highly committed, determined, ethical, and authentic in all areas of her practice.
